• Sharing subscriptions between users whether via email, call centre, computer or any other means.
Brickz is committed to providing first class customer service, to preserving the integrity of our services and avoiding its degradation. If, in our reasonable opinion, we consider it necessary, we may change your services, or manage your use of, or access to, our services as we see fit in the circumstances.
We may apply limits to your usage of any service we provide, for various reasons. These may include: if your use of our services is not appropriate or fair, if it affects (or may affect) other users’ enjoyment of the service, or if it is significantly different from the usage that we would expect from a customer. If we think any of these to be true, you should be aware that this could result in us imposing limits of your access to the services.
If the circumstances occur under which we could impose a limit on your use of our services, we may at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your ability to access the services. We will not do so without your prior notice and will only do so if it is reasonable in all the circumstances. We will always endeavour to act fairly and reasonably when exercising our discretion in relation to the services we provide.
